The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to the developer. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
3. Content and Usage
MySplit Recovery is designed to help you track your workouts and recovery. You acknowledge that the recovery insights are estimates based on available data and should not be taken as medical advice.
Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any diet or exercise program.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this app, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
6. Subscriptions
Some features of the Service may be subject to subscription payments. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
